Delivery and Handling

1. Order Processing Time

All orders placed on www.track-forge.com are processed within 1 to 2 days, from Monday to Sunday.
Once the order has been confirmed and payment approved, our team carefully prepares your package for shipment.


2. Free Shipping

Shipping is free with no minimum purchase required for all orders placed on TrackForge.


3. Delivery Area

Deliveries are available only within the United States and Canada.


4. Delivery Time

Deliveries are made within 6 to 14 business days, from Monday to Saturday, starting from the date of shipment.

Delivery times may vary slightly depending on the season (sales, holidays, or peak activity periods).


5. Carrier

Packages are handled and delivered by one of our logistics partners, depending on the customer’s location.
All shipments include a unique tracking number.


6. Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing:

  • Your tracking number

  • A direct link to the “Track My Order” page on our website

7. Delays or Missing Items

If you notice a delay or a missing item in your order:

8. Damaged Package

If your package arrives damaged:

  1. Notify the delivery person upon receipt

  2. Take clear photos of the package and the product

  3. Contact our customer service within 48 hours at contact@track-forge.com

A quick solution will be provided — replacement, exchange, or refund.
