1. Right of Withdrawal (14 Days)
In accordance with applicable legal provisions, you have a 14-day period from the date you receive your order to exercise your right of withdrawal, without needing to provide a reason or pay any penalty.

2. Return Conditions
To be eligible for return, the following conditions must be met:

Items must be unused, unwashed, and undamaged.

They must be returned in their original packaging.

All tags, manuals, and accessories included with the product must be present.
Returned items that are incomplete, damaged, soiled, or visibly used will not be accepted or refunded.
3. Return Procedure
Once your return request has been approved by our team:

You will receive return instructions by email.

Products must be shipped to the address provided.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in cases of order error or defective product.
We strongly recommend using a tracked shipping method to avoid loss or disputes.
4. Defective Products or Order Errors
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact our customer service at contact@track-forge.com within 48 hours of receiving your package.
A photo of the product may be requested for verification.
Depending on the situation, we will offer one of the following solutions:

Full refund
In such cases, TrackForge will cover all return shipping costs.
5. Refund Timeframe
Once the returned product has been received and verified, we will process your refund within 7 to 14 business days.
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during the order.
You will receive a confirmation email once your refund has been completed.
6. Non-Refundable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, certain products cannot be returned or refunded:
