The products offered on www.track-forge.com are described and presented with the greatest possible accuracy.

4. Prices
All prices are displayed in US Dollars ($), inclusive of all taxes (VAT).
Shipping fees are indicated before final order confirmation.
TrackForge reserves the right to modify prices at any time, but products will be billed at the rate in effect at the time of order confirmation.

To place an order, the customer must:

TrackForge reserves the right to refuse any order in cases of suspected fraud, abuse, or prior disputes with the customer.
6. Payment
Payment is required immediately upon order confirmation.
All transactions are secured through payment providers approved by Shopify (Shopify Payments or other PCI-DSS–compliant gateways).
Credit card details are never stored by TrackForge.
7. Delivery
Orders are shipped within an average of 6 to 14 business days, depending on the destination.
Delivery times are provided as estimates and may vary depending on the carrier.
In case of delay or transport-related issues, TrackForge commits to assisting the customer until the order is received.
8. Returns and Right of Withdrawal
In accordance with European legislation, the customer has 14 days from receipt of the order to exercise their right of withdrawal, without providing justification.
To request a return:

Returned products must be in their original condition and packaging.
Return shipping costs are borne by the customer, except in cases of error on the part of TrackForge.
A full refund will be issued once the returned product is received and verified.
9. Legal Warranties
All products sold by TrackForge are covered by the legal warranties provided under Articles L.217-4 to L.217-14 of the French Consumer Code (warranty of conformity) and Articles 1641 to 1649 of the Civil Code (warranty against hidden defects).
In case of a defect, the customer must contact customer service to arrange an exchange, repair, or refund.

TrackForge is committed to protecting the privacy of its users.
Personal data collected are used solely for order processing, customer service, and promotional communications (with consent).

12. Liability
TrackForge cannot be held responsible for damages resulting from misuse of purchased products.
The company also disclaims any responsibility for delays or inability to deliver due to events beyond its control (force majeure, strikes, natural disasters, health crises, etc.).
13. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These terms are governed by French, regardless of the company’s country of origin.
In case of dispute, an amicable solution will be sought first. Failing that, the French courts shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
